Please allow 4-7 working days to process your order and 2-3 days for delivery. For custom wig orders allow 4 -- 7 working days. All Ready to Wear wigs are processed and dispatched within 7-10 working days.

Express shipping will be delivered the next day as long as the order is confirmed before
11 am this service is only available for clients based in London however all orders will be delivered via Royal Mail Express delivery service. -

Any custom charges on orders placed must be paid for by the recipient. Zahair
London is not responsible for these charges and has no control over the costs, as
customs policies and import duties vary from country to country

return & exchange policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed. However, exchanges may be accepted subject to the terms and conditions below:

We will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 72 hours after the recorded receipt of the item.

We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products where the seal holding the hair together has been untied or cut off due to sanitation requirements.

All shipping and handling costs will be at the customer's expense, therefore, we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages.

We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made.

In the specific case of customized lace wigs, lace frontals and lace closures, they will not be accepted for returns or exchanged once the order has been placed.
In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
